Villa Helen - Heated Pool Wifi SmartTV Barbecue

The villa was very spacious, clean and included a heated pool. Location wasn't far from the centre of coralejo, however a car is ideal to be honest.

The beds are not comfortable, I believe previous occupants have commented on this.

Wonderful villa in a great spot, would not hesitate to holiday here again.

Fantastic villa, lots of space, lovely pool, very quiet.

We rented this huge villa for just us two as we wanted a big private pool. It would be perfect for a family. The complex is very calm and quiet, good access to amenities - a short walk to several very good cafes/restaurants (we can recommend Snack Corner, Ceasar Pizza and The Ugly Duckling) and big supermarkets Lidl/Mercadona. Very easy ‘check in/check out’ process. The villa itself was spotlessly clean, had everything you could need, like towels for the pool and cushions for the loungers. The outside area gets sun for most of the day. The private parking is handy but the space would be very small for a large car.

It would have been useful to have a book/folder of instructions, when to use the pool cover, lights, how to work the kitchen appliances (coffee machine, extractor fan, TV), as well as numbers for taxis, takeaway menus etc. We couldn’t get the Netflix to work on the TV but not a huge deal for us as we spent all our time outside. The beds are all rather uncomfy! New mattresses would be a benefit, more pillows.

The property was in a gated peaceful part of Corralejo, 20 minute walk to town and short leisurely stroll thereafter to the beach and harbour. Also 15 minute leisurely walk to mercado and Lidl supermarkets. The water park golf and paddle tennis are also close by (15 min walk) The property itself has absolutely everything you need to enjoy your stay, the pool is small but fabulous, the rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable, cleaning was done 3 times during our stay and the pool cleaned twice. We had a loose tile around the pool on arrival, I reported it and it was repaired within 24hrs. We used the magnificent barbecue a couple of times but ate out mostly locally. The restaurants nearby are fabulous and far better value and quality than in town (half the price in some instances) This Villa is beautiful, our family loved it and if we are fortunate enough to return to Corralejo we will return here, the host Dario is pleasant and helpful and contactable.

Everything about the villa is wonderful. It doesn’t have air con but with the wind blowing through windows and doors you don’t need it during the day. There was only one fan, if there was one for each bedroom though that would make it even more perfect.

From the minute we got there and Dario meet us at the gate it was perfect everything was better than said on the listing. And we really enjoyed our time in villa Helen. Thank you for a exceptional vacation Michael Hughes
