The local breakfast served was really enjoyable. It was the same thing everyday but I enjoyed it. The staff were extremely helpful and always willing to help. They arranged a walking tour for us and coordinated our Agafay tour which was easy-breezy. The location was superb, easy walks to the Medina, square, food places, old city, new city. We loved the fact that rooms were cleaned daily and our room was on the top floor where we joked and called it the pent house. :)

In the shower there was no holder to store shampoo, soap, etc.

Well cleaned property, very kind staff expecially for Fakhereddin and abdelmounaim. The food was really good. I strongly recommend this Riad, that is 5 min far from the main square but not in the noisy Medina.

Superb RIAD. This Riad is on a great side of the Medina. Very easy to reach the main square. Only 4 minutes away without the madness of crowds and motorbikes. The rooms are not huge but more than adequate for tourism. Excellent en-suite and great shower. Breakfast was on the roof terrace and was very traditional. I cannot understand how this property is only scoring 8.5 on Booking.com. I stayed in another Riad that had an 8.9 rating and it was far less comfortable and not as clean. One or two very negative and unjustified reviews are ruining this rating. It is definitely a 9.5+. This is an old traditional building that comes with all its quirks. There is a narrow stairs that is very elegant but some may find difficult if you have mobility issues. If you have, book an hotel with a lift. Ask for a room on the 1st floor if possible. Would definitely stay here again. I particularly loved the soap and the great WIFI.

Absolutely nothing. I wanted a clean traditional Riad and I got one.

The riad and its rooms are really beautiful and clean. The friendly staff at the reception did everything they could to make our stay a success. They helped us arrange the airport shuttle and gave us advice how to get to our desired destinations. The breakfast area on the roof was lovely and the freshly squeezed orange juice was really good. The gentleman who took care of the breakfast was also very nice and friendly.

The entrance to the riad from the alley is very modest. We walked past it once while looking for the way there :D I wish more storage space for my belongings. This would be good, especially for a multi-day visit.
