Well presented,bang in the middle ,friendly staff that nothing was too much trouble

People should be warned about the stairs.

Fantastic place in the Marrakech medina. We loved it. The staff was great, with a vibe of a 5 star! Everything on the room was carefully chosen and functioning perfectly.

New riad which doesn’t have their shit together. From the beginning - phone number they have on booking reservation was not pickup up by anyone hence meeting at the place where yaxi can go coudnt be arranged. And no, you can’t find it on Google Maps either - you just have to hope for the best and rely on a map from Booking reservation Room is the smallest I ever been to, and super small for riads as well. Furniture non existent, if I don’t count one “closet” falling apart. Bathroom moldy and stinky. Bed super super uncomfortable, and that in a combo with me hearing everything and everyone showering all the time made to me to checkout after first night. To their credit, they were ok with me paying for one night only.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Abdel went above and beyond to organize my activities and be helpful.

The stairs might be a bit much for some people, but I loved being up at the top of the building.

The location is perfect. Walking distance to the market and many restaurants. Very easy to get a taxi to travel to attractions outside the medina. The staff are very professional and helpful as well.

There is nothing to dislike!

The room is perfect for two, very cosy and everything we needed. The bed is a bit hard but we liked it that way. The location is great! Every thing you want to visit it is in walking distance. The staff was so friendly, when arriving in Marrakesh they fixed a taxi for us to pick us up and after drop off the night clerk came to look for us even tough it was already after midnight but always with a smile. We felt so safe and happy to be there. Shout out to Abdel for making us laugh and giving useful tips. They take the time to share their experience and the must do’s of Marrakesh. Even after three days we felt like “going home to the riad” after a busy day in the center and the room was always so clean. The breakfast is good and you can enjoy it on the terrace with great coffee and view of Marrakesh. Would definitly recommend going here! When we’re going back, we will again stay at riad Francine.
