Riad Francine De Marrakech Boutique Hotel & SPA

We had an incredible experience at this Riad, largely thanks to the outstanding service provided by the staff. From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even sitting down with us to share insightful recommendations about Marrakech and activities to enhance our stay. Every member of the staff was exceptionally kind, attentive, and helpful, ensuring we felt well cared for throughout our visit. The Riad itself was a perfect blend of traditional charm and comfort—immaculately clean, cosy, and ideally located for exploring all the highlights of the city.

Sweet clean petit rooms with excellent smiley staff always to help you. Very good spa prices and facilities.

The Riad was directly in the Medina and everything important within walking distance. Very nice and kind staff Very nice like being home feeling in the Riad. Nice and cosy rooftop restaurant / terrace A place for calming down.

It was well located for visiting all the local points of interest, staff were welcoming, spoke good English and were helpful

It was very noisy with outside traffic, people were coming and going all through the night and early morning, I’m not sure if this was clientele or staff! The only place to eat was the open rooftop terrace which was very cold in the mornings and evenings and could be reached by a very steep and dangerous staircase.

Location and hotel were amazing. Staff were very kind and helpful. Great shower!

Maybe more choice at breakfast

The breakfast was moderately good. The location was somewhere else another building.

The building where the breakfast was was where we thought we were staying described as a spa who was nice and spacious but we weren’t staying there we were staying in a small Cramped building full of rooms
