Fairwinds was perfectly located a short walk from the beach. A well equipped property that had all the comforts of home.

Great location, up a short sharp hill from the beach/ car park. Views over to Burgh island were stunning. Clean house, well appointed & perfect for our needs. Plenty of warmth for winter & can only imagine it’s beautiful in summer! Great communication from the owner & a lovely array of gifts to enhance our stay- many thanks!

I loved the location, 4 minute walk to the beach, the views were breathtaking, the property itself was fantastic and fully equipped, modern and very clean, for a family of 6 there was ample of space, loved the large open planned kitchen diner, not to forget the two balconies where we spent a lot of our time, furniture and cushions provided, everything is thought out, it made our holiday comfortable and enjoyable.

This was our first break as a family in a very long time and it was above expectation in every single way; from the host, to the property, to the location. A few things I loved: - the lemon drizzle cake - delicious thank you! - how simple everything was with a toddler, I was able to relax with all hard floors & no stairs - The powerful showers - The huge comfortable beds - The tiny details like dishwasher tablets & even milk! - The easy parking - The local info - The incredible location If you are rubbish at planning like me & so can’t book in to the recommended restaurants, we were able to get a last minute table at The Sloop Inn which was under 30 min drive to Bantham. Delicious food and walking distance to another stunning beach.

A perfectly located house, around five minutes’ walk from the beach. It’s uphill but that was fine, even with a baby, pram, a six-year-old plus all our beach gear. It had all the facilities we needed and a lovely open-plan kitchen/sitting room, making it the ideal space for a family and friends gathering.
