GBThe location is great! 15 mins walk to city centre. There are two supermarkets and a bakery shop nearby. Very easy to communicate with the host.
There are very heavy footsteps on the above floor at midnight. One bathroom smells like a drain some times

SGThe location is very convenient
There was no hot water and heater and we were made to wait 3/4 of the day for the gas engineer to fix it. In fact it was not fixed till 7pm at night. We had to wait around and couldn’t make use of the day to explore York

The only issue we had is we couldn't get the showers to run warm. I think the boiler may need re pressurising.

All was good. My elderly parents would have liked a non-slip mat in the shower but that is just an observation!
