GBGreat location and spacious flat
No hot water, had to email about it and didn't quick response, which delayed us going out in morning, ended up flicking many switches and worked it out. Very noisy condenser type boiler thing in lounge that also asked about as thought there was something wrong. Ended up finding a switch in back of cupboard in kitchen/lounge area and switched it off! Although they led me to believe cleaners had been in, maybe a week or two beforehand as very dusty, mirror in bathroom splats on it, huge splats of bird poo on windows.

Electric Gate would not open so had to re arrange our plans as we were unable to get car out. Also main bedroom with ensuite could do with a topper on the bed as it was rather hard
GBModern building, the lift was ideal for older guests. Very comfortable feel and great facilities.
The low double bed and the slightly noisy extractor. Could also benefit from a small shelf and hooks in the en suite.

GBGBThe flat is lovely, All you need for a short stay and the hosts were very communicative which was appreciated. Location is so close to all key attractions and secure parking is brilliant. Also the COOP next door for food & drink was perfect.
All mattresses unfortunately need replacing. They were just too uncomfortable and it affected our sleep. I wouldn't have been able to stay longer than a weekend due to this reason. Also there were no curtains in the room, just a bright blind which let the light in early which also affected sleep.

Nothing as such, could have been more comfortable if there was a few basic cooking items like oil/ butter and salt. It did have everything else from coffee, tea, pepper.
AULocation was excellent for walking and exploring the city. Co op right next door for supplies. On site, lock up parking.
GBLocation was great and apartment very modern, clean and spacious. It was a quiet location and an easy walk to the town centre. Having a lift was useful.
The instructions for the location were very poor as they stated the building name and the flat number but there was no sign on the building giving its name! I phoned the agent and he was unable to tell me where the property was on the street! He needed to phone the cleaners to find out! Meanwhile I searched the street and found on a key box on a building wall written in marker pen the building name. From that I found the key box for our apartment. He phoned back but we had already got the keys. Very stressful after a long journey. Many of previous issues such as the window lock were not repaired. The bed was too soft and squeaked. No toilet roll holder in either bathroom. The internal fan in the living room was a bit noisy. Couldn't see how to switch it off. If a few things were taken care of this would be a top ranking apartment.
