Settee was very uncomfortable
GBAll was wonderful, we enjoyed the stay. The apartment was very nice and clean. Love that the apartment has two bathrooms and is very close to town.
The sofa was not very uncomfortable. You can feel springs when you sitting on it. Also I am not sure if you know that you have a window in sitting room that is not locking.

Location, a little bit further away from train station and city centre
GBLocation was excellent, and overall the flat was nice but needs some TLC to make it great.
There was No Flat File (instructions for controlling heating, towel rails, cooker, tv, etc), TV reception was terrible and in some case unwatchable, The sofas springs have popped so totally unusable, The toaster was melted (replace on second day), the oven was dirty, the headboard in the twin room had a hole in it, a toe nail was found on the bedroom floor, neither bathroom had a working extractor fan and smelt damp, No fir blanket or extinguisher, No PAT testing, limited plate and cups, no microwave dishes, No front door key access was via the garage, Blind in en-suite is not working, towel rail in main bathroom wasn't working, microwave control signage is worn and you have to guess, empty use food bags were left in the freezer and there should be a warning on car parking space size (small car only).

The smell of the bins downstairs not good and the settee could do with being replaced very very uncomfortable also free vue on TV could with being replaced bad signal . But a great apartment. .
GBLocation fab, apartment clean, nice size. twin beds were fine, double bed was springy and very uncomfortable, couldn’t sleep on it so changed to sleeping on sofa bed, again this was extremely uncomfortable. Car parking great, but had to leave the car park early next morning so wasn’t able to take advance of the parking on return home date, also can’t park until 3pm on arrival, so again can’t arrive early and just park car up, like most hotels, or leave car on last day. Paid deposit of £200, and never got it back until three weeks later (possible oversight). Customer services was very good, the owner always answers back straight away and was very helpful.
