Spacious Flat with Parking in the Heart of York

Just needed a second key due to the size of the group

Perfect location, just a 10 minute walk into the centre of York. Fantastic to have a safe designated parking aswell! We found the key lock easy to use and also the key fob. The sofa in the lounge is a sofa bed, they are always abit less comfy than a normal sofa. The free wifi did struggle alittle at times, but we had 4 separate devices all on the go at the same time, so who can blame it. The kitchen was very well equipped, we loved the royal cups and the kids loved the packet of custard creams! 😀 Both the bedrooms are very spacious and have lots of storage. It was also handy to have a shower aswell as a bath for the kids. First time visiting York and we thoroughly enjoyed it, thank you!

The lounge window handle wouldn't click down to lock the window closed, but we were able to pull the window to.

Location very close to the center and main attractions. Parking availability at the properties very convenient. Host was available to answer all our questions and fast response.

Excellent flat, indeed it is spacious, immaculately clean. Good to have dishwasher. Good heating..

I wasn't happy about having to submit proof of identity online, but I would not have been sent check in information if I hadn't. Don't think it's appropriate. I've used Booking.com for years, and never had to do this. This information needs to be put up front on booking page, to let people know in advance what is required. Additional cleaning cost very high also.

En-suite

Awful sofa. Funny smell in lounge. Water leaking from light fitting. Was told my parking was going to be paid for as the fob for the parking had been lost by previous people - still waiting for refund

Entry to flat was via the parking garage and one of the lounge windows didn’t close correctly

The place was comfortable, warm, neat, and clean. We had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, and it really helped that we could use the dishwasher there.

Flat located about 10 minute walk from where we wanted to go. Easy to find both in car and on foot. The facilities had everything we needed. 2 bathrooms were very helpful. Bedrooms large and spacious.

We struggled with the front door code to get in so always had to go through the car park. Contacted owner but kept getting same instructions so gave up. It wasn't a major issue. No welcome letter with instructions about heating etc which would be helpful. Have already passed that to owner.
