GBGBFlat was easy to access, lift was a bonus. Tastefully decorated, kitchen well stocked with cooking equipment and appliances. Co-op right next door (sadly, not well stocked because of current cyber attack...no fault of the property) and Tescos a short walk away. City centre also a short walk away.
I am a fan of an instruction booklet, rather than online information (slightly 'old school'). I admit to not using the link sent by the owners.

The drains in the ensuite bathroom smelled. We were lucky to have a lovely weather, so could leave the windows opened to air out. Made owners aware to make sure they can sort in time for the next guests

We booked it because of 2 bathrooms but the shower drains in en suite were so smelly it was very unpleasant. Also water not hot. Shower was not useable.

WiFi poor. dishwasher catching on plinth board. inadequate tin openers. noisy heat recovery unit. bad smell from shower waste in ensuite (needs neat bleach) sorry
