Skylark View, Most Stunning Views over Matlock.

The view was amazing. The property is furnished to a very high standard and includes many small touches to make an enjoyable stay.

The automatic light in the hall couldn't be switched off and sometimes switched on by itself.

Didn't expect to have a welcome snack & milk from the host. The accommodation was comfy and well equipped.

Excellent accommodation, everything you needed, spotlessly clean, spacious, lovely views.

Its position is at the top of a steep hill, Not that was a dislike as you get spectacular views, also we were all fit and enjoyed the walk down to Matlock and back up to the accommodation, but it is worth knowing so you are aware. Although there seemed to be plenty of taxis flying around, so you could always get one of those.

I loved the touch off the biscuits, chocolate and milk left for us. The hosts were lovely when I called because I couldn’t figure out the keys (it wasn’t hard, I’ve just never used a key box before) The view was stunning and peaceful to wake up to. It had everything we needed plus games, dvd’s and binoculars my children and I enjoyed. It wasn’t far to walk down to the shops but far enough away to not hear the cars, bikes and noise. Umbrella’s were left for us to borrow. On site parking, I’m always concerned about parking as I have a big car, it was perfect.

At first I thought the decor was a little old fashioned but it felt cosy, it was a nice change from the hotels we stay in. I can’t think of anything I didn’t like!

Clean, large, modern, nice views, comfortable, well equipped.

The motion sensor light in the passage was a bit obtrusive but everything else was perfect.

Super clean & spacious accommodation. Lovely additional extras (biscuits & chocolate buttons), literally going from home to home. Hosts were so accommodating and we'll definitely be returning.

Beautiful apartment with fantastic views. Good size rooms and every little thing thought of to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Thoughtful owners leaving a card and birthday banner to welcome us for relatives big birthday.
