Filthy - window seals thick with dirt, wash cloth and sponge in the kitchen area grubby, walls were filthy, razor cover in the shower from previous occupants, bedside tables covered in dust. Fridge wasn’t working, completely broken and this kitchen type facility was why we chose this location. Hardly any toilet roll (quarter of a roll maybe) with what looked like blood on the edge of it. Incredibly noisy. Bar downstairs was blasting music till gone 2am and it was as clear as if I was stood in the bar. The walls to other rooms and to the ‘corridor’ were ridiculously thin, I woke up at one point thinking someone was in my room but it was footsteps elsewhere. Due to this we had barely any sleep at all. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! I’ve had better sleep wild camping and camping at a music festival then we did in this accommodation. Only wanted this accommodation for somewhere to get changed to go out and put our heads down to sleep, even with this little expectation this accommodation wholeheartedly ruined our trip to Birmingham.

It looked nice in the pictures, didn’t look that way in person.

No heating, was frozen. Leak in the bathroom. Walls around the room were filthy. Bed sheets stained, one lousy pillow each worst night sleep. Fridge dirty inside, microwave dirty inside, hob was a hazard. Mould in shower. Had to spray the room when I arrived as it smelt unclean and musty. Overall disgusting that you’re allowed to charge people to stay here. I have photo and video evidence of everything. I left here feeling dirty. Most vile place I’ve ever stayed. Heard other guests saying on their way out that they wouldn’t be staying at that shxthole ever again and neither will I

Good location, good parking facilities. Price was fair and it was an accurate reflection of the photos.

There was no heating. A constant beeping from the alarm all day and all night. Entry into the place was all dirty. Contacted the person via call and email at a reasonable hour and didn’t get a response until the next day after I had already left and all I got was apologies for the inconvenience and we’re aware and looking into it.

It was clean.

The TV did not work, there was a beeping sound that didn’t stop at all. I think it was the smoke alarm. There was only one half roll of toilet paper.
