Had an absolute horrendous experience, we updated our check in time because we had a concert to go to at a certain time, and the property messaged back saying it was absolutely fine to come early. We got there, couldn't find where it was and when we finally managed to figure out where it was it was about 2.40pm. Our key wasn't in the padlock holder and then when we knocked on the door there were still people in our room! So not only did we have limited time to get ready, we would've been walking into a dirty room??? I tried calling the property but the number on booking.com doesn't even go through so there was no way to contact them quickly for the mixup. We had to fork out for another hotel because we had to be at the concert in 20 minutes and still weren't ready. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from the property and the mixup with the room and the thought of having to go into a dirty room was gross as hell.
GBThe property was in a ideal location, clean and simple apartment and cleaning staff are amazing ( very nice personnel ) however there was no hot water and there’s a shisha lounge downstairs so sleep you won’t get much other than that it’s great
The fact there’s a shisha cafe right below the apartments which blast loud music but that I could live with as I love music however there was NO HOT water which is insane to me I had to sign up to a one day gym membership so I can go and shower etc
GBGBI honesty don’t understand the awful reviews. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Everything worked as it should. Maybe a little bit of noise from the bar downstairs but I had the fan on all night so could barely hear it. Could do with a lick of paint but I’m not bothered about that, it’s only somewhere to sleep while I’ve been on a course all week. A very basic but clean and fully functional apartment
The host gave me the incorrect key safe code so I couldn’t get to the key to gain access, luckily a guest from one of the other apartments was passing and gave me another code to try which worked fine. I’m booked again for next week but for apartment 5, I’m really hoping they have given me the correct code for this one as it was just pot luck someone came past and helped me. Hopefully the host will be able to respond to messages or calls if I can’t gain access !

Room was way to hot so needed a fan. Outside fans from bar downstairs were really loud. As I stepped out of the apartment into the street for air in the night. There was loads of working girls and druggy lol
