FRIt was clean.
The property was not soundproofed at all! You could hear the person hand drying their hands from the Shisha place downstairs (I have a recording). You could hear what the neighbors were doing in the other studios too. A very bad smell of weed in the middle of the night, and constantly in the flat (either from downstairs or from another studios too). The WiFi didn’t work. I contacted the landlord through the app, to fix the issue, but no answer from them. If you have an issue with the property, you cannot contact them, and they don’t even answer to Booking. Because Booking cannot actually proceed to reimburse you for your stay if it’s bad, because they need the landlord’s agreement, landlord who doesn’t pick up the phone or answers messages. Better to run away from the property. If your budget is tight, take a room in a shared flat, I’m sure you’ll have a better experience, quieter and nicer!

I arrived at the property and walked in to a horrible room. The whole place was disgusting. The fake advertising of how the room looks is unbelievable. The walls are full of dirt and the sink area is the most disturbing. Honestly I was not happy at all I was so disgusted and disappointed I couldn’t even spend the night in the room. Due to this I had to book a different property on the same day as i genuinely was not able to spend the night in that room.
