The key pad did not work so room door was unlocked all the time, bathroom door looked like it had been kicked in, extractor fan in bathroom made a horrible screaming noise when turned on, room was nothing like photos on site, we tried on numerous occasions to contact host and never once replied, we did not stay at property, when I returned home the following day received threatening messages from host and also had 10 missed calls from host

GBGBWhere do I begin, booked this property for my daughter for her birthday with her partner. Once let into the apartment they soon realized it wasn’t what was advertised. The apartment was very dirty and lots of aspects broken.
The neighbors were arguing all night slamming door and fighting. One neighbor also threatened violence and death threats to my daughter and her partner to the point the felt unsafe and had to leave. We contacted the owner of the flat who agreed a refund via booking.com. This has not happened
