"Home from home"

Clean. Comfortable beds. Lots of little extras such as toiletries and milk, coffee and tea. Home from home. The back bedroom is so quiet and peaceful.

Gate was a little fiddly but only minor quibble.

"Cancel this property if you have booked , cameras installed inside plus black mould on walls ."

The road that the accommodation was on was a quite residential area, mainly elderly people.

Absolutely awful. if you have booked cancel it. Garden overgrown, black mould on inside walls, damp, smells awful, bedding creased just thrown on, really tatty place , door dont shut , Cameras in property watching you. I have reported all this and its being looked into. Neighbours very loud , not much could be worse. Cancel your booking and beware these ladies own other properties in tne area do your research! I left it didnt stay and they are challenging a refund so going to police now about cameras. Booking .com should never be listing this property.

"Good for short stays peaceful location"

Great location for Alton towers. Very clean. Nice extras in bathroom and kitchen. Milk tea coffee washing liquid .. shampoo body wash cotton wool. Nice outside space.

No towel rail or hook on door in bathroom for towels or dressing gown. Toilet seat broken and flush. No washing machine if staying longer than 2 nights. Small things to sort would have given higher score 👍🏻
