"Food was really fantastic.. being vegetarian it was well taken care-off."

Perfect place to stay however lacks marginally on location. Else everything was good. staff, food, rooms were all great.

location describes near Dal Lake... it is not the case though. It is in lanes surrounded by residential area and therefore not too good on terms of location.

Well equipped room, comfy bed, clean bathroom. Hot water worked perfectly. Staff is very attentive and helpful. Location is good

Slight smell of naphthalene at the room, lack of natural ventilation and limited options for breakfast but in general it's a great place.

"Reasonable and decent hotel to stay at. With only few measures, it could be very easily improved to be an actually *good"

Food is good and interior design is very cozy! Staff are helpful. Beds are comfortable. Cleanliness is ok.

Warm water not always available (improve the building insulation to save energy and give us warm water instead!); staff are somewhat pushy by European standards (ok by Indian standards).
