The hotel is centrally located. Dal Lake, Lal chowk market area are approximately 1.5km away from this hotel. The rooms were clean and warm, food was delicious and staff was courteous. A highly recommended and must stay place in Srinagar.

Everything was perfect in this hotel, service , rooms , hot water , heating .. Tariq- housekeeping manager is great Ubaid - from the restaurant is amazing as well . Everyone is so understanding and hospitable , we loved it . It was such a sweet gesture that they even gave us a sweet box on the occasion of Republic Day.

Room size, bathroom size and amenities. Staff behaviour very nice.

Location not great. There was construction/maintenance going on in the hotel. Too much noise. You can hear sounds from other rooms. Linens were Not Clean, we asked for replacement twice, no one really did, so we avoided asking again.

Hospitality: Staff is really helpful. Mr. Nasir helped us beyond call of duty. Appreciate the humble and corporative approach of the staff. Location: the hotel is located at a perfect place, walking distance from Dal lake, polo view market and famous restaurants like Mughal Darbar and Ahdoos. Facilities were well maintained.
