Hotel Green Rooms, Vintage Luxury Near Dal Lake

I stayed here for a few days. Wonderful hospitality, comfortable stay and a really satisfying experience. Tariq bhai was really helpful and caring. Thank you. Looking forward to coming again. 5/5 must recommended. Kashimiri hospitality at its finest. 🍁

the experience was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional hospitality and warm welcome received from the staff. The courteous and attentive service provided by the entire hotel staff truly made my stay memorable. However, I would like to give a special mention to Mr. Waseem for her outstanding warmth and hospitality. Her attention to detail and genuine care for guests' needs were simply exceptional.

Hotel Green is a very nice hotel inside Kashmir, here the manager of hotel Mr.TARIQ behaviour is soo humble n respective.the room cleaning, personal AC heater was gud, behaviour of staff & the food quality Here you will be loved like family Nasir & Ubed & Wasim & Asif Co-operative Person

We had a good stay. It is near to dalgate. We had good food.

Staff were helpful and friendly. The restaurant on site provided a nice breakfast. You can either order their buffet or from the room service menu for dinner. The rooms were comfortable and homely. Having a backup generator on site was helpful as it appeared to be utilized a lot during our stay. The staff served Kashmiri tea on arrival, which was a very nice touch. Heat pumps provided in each room!

The hotel reception wasn't the most organised - they weren't aware of our booking when we arrived (a disconcerting experience) and had the wrong room rates on the initial check-out invoice. The hot water was sometimes intermittent - best in the morning. Be aware that daily housekeeping is not undertaken.

1) The restaurant is horrible. We tried several dishes but none of the dishes tasted good. We ordered achari chicken which very sour so we asked replacement dish (chicken tikka masala) but the same fish was modified and served. 2) They staff entered the room while we were inside without informing or knocking the door

Five stars for location i must say..Which is just besides Dal lake.Rooms are very spacious Service is quick and great. Food was Superb.. Great spread of breakfast and buffet dinners. Overall this is place where one can spend long time without roaming around. Surrounded by Dal lake this property gives you a sense of serenity and peace. Especially when you wake up in the morning.

Overall, the Green Rooms is a hidden gem, offering a delightful blend of comfort, hospitality, and convenience. I highly recommend it for a satisfying and enjoyable stay

Lovely stay. The service and host were good. They have a restaurant where we had a nice breakfast during our stay. Parking available. Best thing is it's close to the Dal lake.
