Modern new apartment Las Terrazas de Costa Adeje. Heated pool, big terrace and private parking

The apartment itself is very spacious with a big terrace , and spotlessly clean. The beds are v comfortable with very clean linen. Both bathrooms are equipped with the essentials😊 The complex itself is very quiet , so perfect for those seeking this quietness. Our communication with Olga, the owner, was always efficient and informative. We loved our stay here at this very new apartment and will certainly return. Thank you Olga.

The outside space was amazing.

It's an amazing apartment with the most beautiful sunrise over the mountain. The location is ideal. Could not recommend las terrazas enough. The balcony has sun all day, the views of the landscape are amazing.

The apartment is beautiful, modern, well equipped and very clean! I loved the balcony area with all the different seating options. Beds were lovely and comfortable. The area is lovely and quiet and secure/safe. The apparent is only about a half hour stroll downhill to the beach were we found some amazing bars and restaurants and a taxi home was also cheap (approx. 6 euros). There is a huge supermarket about a 15 minute walk away, there are some shops and restaurants too in the shopping centre. We will definitely be back! Olga is a great host and we were welcomed when we arrived at the apartment, it was all very smooth!

There is nothing to dislike about this place, it is exactly like the pictures!

We had an amazing stay here. The owner was super responsive(always available if we had any questions), check-in was a breeze, the apartment was exactly like described and the location was superb (we had a car and it was super close to everything). Would for sure recommend!
