Modern new apartment Las Terrazas de Costa Adeje. Heated pool, big terrace and private parking

Very friendly people, very clean, lot’s of space, fresh flowers, exceptional terrace, looked like new. Outside the appartment very clean, lovely pool, no noise at all. Only 10 m from the beach. I had a perfect stay for the week. Nice restaurant at the other side of the restaurant.

The communication with the host was great, the apartment was cozy, we had a great time and felt like home here.

Location. It was much further from town/beach than I expected.

Very modern and beautiful apartment with absolutely everything in it that you would need!

Apartment is very new, clean and modern. Has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Balcony / terrace area is huge and fantastic. No noise from neighbours, no evening noise and very little road noise. Very good local supermarket 1min walk away as well as a large one 10min walk, however we only used the local one as it was more than sufficient. Water filter is a nice addition meaning less lugging of water daily, especially when filling bike bottles. Pool area is really excellent and was nice and quiet. Host was great providing the info we needed and also very responsive when we needed her. We used as a base for a cycling holiday and it was very nice coming back after a long cycle to such a nice apartment and pool. 100% would return.

Nothing, I can't think of anything I expected that was not there, or anything we disliked. Maybe a small bluetooth speaker would have been nice to play some music....but it really was great.

The apartment is new and modern with everything you need including bath & beach towels. It’s a great size with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms we have teenagers so the 2nd bathroom was great! The beds and sofa are really comfortable. The balcony is fab, it’s large with an outdoor table & chairs, sofa and chairs and a double sun lounger, this was lovely between 4.30-6.30 with the afternoon sun on the balcony. The pool is lovely, with lovely modern sunbeds. The hosts Olga & Yana were extremely helpful giving lots of information of the area and places to go. Olga answered my questions prior to arrival quickly, I asked for twin beds for our teenagers, which she arranged without a problem. There’s a little shop across the road which was great for any essentials and there’s a larger supermarket literally a 10 minute walk down the road with some lovely cafes & restaurants, we are there a couple of times. We had such a lovely stay, the recommendation of the small restaurant across from the apartment La Alacena was wonderful, best fillet steak I’ve had in a long time! Olga allowed us to leave the car for an extra few hours on check out day too. Nothing was an issue, such lovely hosts. We would definitely return.

Stunning apartment, spotlessly clean, lovely decor, super comfy beds, powerful showers, heated pool, Huge furnished patio. Everything you could want and more.

Nothing, all perfect

We got there early and dropped off luggage, they were still cleaning and have us a key. Communication in English wasn't great.

One bottle shampoo and one shower gel for 2 bathrooms, one loo roll. One towel each for 9 days, Two pool towels four 4 of us. 2 mugs. I'm not complaining but it could have been more welcoming. No air conditioning.

An amazing property. Lots of space, exceptionally large balcony / terrace, large pool which was usually empty, quiet (music not allowed by the pool except headphones). Well equipped kitchen etc. Away from the crowds but only a 25 minute stroll to the front. 4 restaurants within half a mile, an excellent supermarket 10 mins walk away.
