Apartment was great, very clean and spacious with a very big terrace. This had table and chairs, sofa and a daybed. Location suited us as it was away from the main ‘strip’, but was only about a 25 minute walk from there. Very quiet area. Hosts were easily contactable and responded quickly.

The appartement is just perfect. Everything is new, clean and beautiful.

Pitty that there is no airco in the bedrooms. The last days of our stay it became rather warm inside.

The property is very modern, clean and well-equipped. The terrace, with addition of a day bed, is lovely. It’s is nice and quiet and very comfortable. Both the owner and cleaner were very responsive and helpful. The pool is lovely. Thank you 🙏

If I was being very picky, I would say that there could be a couple of extra bits in the kitchen (measuring jug, colander/sieve, small oven tray). There also needs to be a fan in the second bedroom as it can get very warm inside. We used the fan from the lounge in the second bedroom but it is quite noisy. Location is the other side of the motorway, which makes it a good half hours walk to the sea/beach/bars, etc.

I stayed in this apartment in March 2023. It is a modern house, and I liked that I was one of the first guests. The apartment is very light, with big panoramic windows in all rooms. The beds and mattresses were very comfortable. There were two bathrooms with a bathtub and shower. The kitchen has a water filter which was a benefit as then I did not have to purchase water in the supermarket. There is a big supermarket X-Sure next to the residence, as well as several restaurants and cafes where I had dinner. I was able to walk to the beach which is approximately 25 minutes from the apartment. The beach was called Duque beach, and it was very beautiful. The residence also has a nice pool with heating and underground parking. In the evening. it was really nice to enjoy the terrace with a glass of wine. The terrace is big, with a bit dining table, couch and soft armchair.

I have stayed in many places in Tenerife before, but this must be the best place I have stayed at yet. The apartment is brand new, and is very big and bright. It had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and was very spacious, even though it was just me and my boyfriend that stayed. It was really nice to see brand new furniture, appliances and dishes too. The nicest part of the apartment is the terrace, which is really big, comfy and has really cool automatic awning, which was good to hide from the sun on very hot days. The apartment also has a heated pool, which we really liked. The residence is also very conveniently located, right next to a shopping centre, a big Mercadona store, and lots of cafes and restaurants in the area. The del Duque beach is only a 5-minute drive away and the apartment had its own parking space, which we really appreciated. Me and my boyfriend were also the first guests at the apartment. The apartment owner met us and was very lovely - showed us around the grounds and the apartment and answered all questions. Overall, there is nothing to complain about and we will definitely be coming again to this apartment for our next stays.
