Canopy Lodge - Boutique Lodge at Hakuba Cortina

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The facilities within and nearby to the accommodation were amazing. The shuttle service was incredibly helpful for getting to and from your chosen resort for the day. If you're wanting to check out multiple resorts in a day then you can utilise the Hakuba Valley free shuttle as well. Mike and his cooking team also produced a fantastic dinner every night. It was something I always looked forward to.

I didn't have my own bathroom but that's something I signed up to. Next time I will book a room with a private bathroom. There is also limited food nearby if you're wanting to get snacks but the staff were very happy to make a detour one afternoon after skiing.

スタッフの気配り、おもてなしと笑顔 人柄を感じた。 夕方の遅くにブッキングしたのにも関わらず、 嫌な顔ひとつせずにwelcomeだった。

地上波が見れなかったこと。 バスマットが完備されていなかった。 また、朝食込となっているが、食パンとコンフレークのみで、この宿泊料金設定は高いと感じた。 ベッドが高すぎ足がつかなかった。

The People！Everyone is so nice here. Food here is great too. Make sure you try it when you stay here.

Unbelievable food every evening, comfortable beds and it was made by the wonderful people who work there. Shuttles to Happo One every morning and back in the afternoon. They went above and beyond throughout and you feel very at home

I think guests should be informed of additional charge for breakfast.

Skiing boot dryers is really necessary. I kindly recommend to buy/install.
