Nous avons passé un super séjour au Serenity Alpha Beach, le personnel est au top à tous les niveaux, serviables, aimables et réactifs. L’ambiance de l’hôtel est géniale avec une grande variété d’activités chaque jour et une équipe d’animateurs plus qu’à la hauteur. La nourriture de l’hôtel est aussi excellente, très variée et de bonne qualité. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.

Tout simplement magnifique...un cadre enchanteur, un personnel adorable, la nourriture est variée et excellente... Les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie très bonne...il existe une vraie harmonie dans cet hôtel...les jardins sont superbes, les piscines aussi, que vous souhaitiez nager ou simplement faire du transat...Les restaurants sont tous excellents ( ce qui est très rare dans un all inclusive ), La plage est très bien aménagée et le vrai plus est le ponton depuis lequel vous pouvez tout simplement faire du snorkelling et vous sentir dans un aquarium...les coraux sont superbes et il y a une multitude de poissons différents...vraiment j'ai eu beau chercher et rien à redire sur cet hôtel ...un merci également à Larena chargée de la relation clientèle, qui nous a bien conseillé. Allez y les yeux fermés...pour ma part, j'y retournerai avec grand plaisir !!!
