Every thing! Will highly recommend this resort. Friendly staff and animation team, who all added to make this resort exceptional!

We were sold a day trip from a company at the resort selling swim with Dolphins. But this was more a snorkeling experience!

The staff make this hotel what it is , they literally do everything in their power to make sure your every need is catered for . From check in Mohamed WhatsApp me during our stay to make sure all was going well and if we had any concerns ( we didn’t) also called us the night before we left to offer a late check out as we had a late flight . The Bar staff in the Infinity bar were superb knew our order every evening when we called in on our way to the room and always had a chat but all the staff were so good the waiters, animation team the room cleaners who left lovely towel shaped animals for us every day we honestly couldn’t fault anything . 3 beautiful pools well maintained grounds with lots of activities . We will definitely be back

Ottima struttura pulita e curata. La camera spaziosa e accogliente. Belle le piscine e buona la vicinanza al mare . Animazione top. Lo staff simpatico e gentile. Un ringraziamento speciale a Mohamed per la sua disponibilità e professionalità. Consigliatissimo.

Le complexe en général , la nourriture , les boissons , et que dire du personnel trop génial avec une note toute particulière pour Larena qui est une hôte exceptionnelle pour ses clients .

Rien sur l’hôtel mais ne pas pouvoir nager aux abords de la plage est un. Vrai point négatif avec le surveillant qui siffle toute la journée et qui vous perturbe dans votre lecture ou votre repos .

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo fantastico hotel la prima settimana di giugno, personale super gentile e disponibile. Ci hanno fatto il late checkout gratuitamente, lasciandoci la disponibilità della stanza fino alla nostra necessità. Hotel enorme, ben curato che ti lascia a bocca aperta. Grazie ❤️

Personnel accueillant et très serviable. Plusieurs restaurants, la nourriture est variée. Le snorkeling est juste magnifique. Plusieurs piscines avec bar et très peu d’enfants. Parfait pour se reposer et faire quelques excursions.

C’est un peu loin pour les départs en excursion et la nourriture pourrait être un peu meilleurs. Un peu trop de démarchage sur la plage et les piscines. Il faudrait instauré des endroits autorisés ou des horaires.

Lo staff è molto gentile e professionale. Tutti cercano di soddisfare positivamente ogni richiesta. Il cibo è davvero buono: ogni giorno ci sono tipologie di pesce o di carne alla griglia differenti, tantissime scelte nel buffet. L’animazione è coinvolta ma rispetta il riposo e il relax senza insistere. Tutto perfetto!!!
