A special thanks to Mr. Ahmed Abdel Moneam, who was exceptionally cooperative, supportive, and always willing to help guests. His professionalism and kindness made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and I would be happy to stay here again.

Everything about our stay exceeded expectations. The resort is absolutely beautiful, with well-maintained grounds, stunning pools, and a gorgeous private beach. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. The food offered a wide variety of delicious options at every meal, and the restaurants and bars were excellent. The entertainment team did a fantastic job keeping guests engaged throughout the day and evening. Overall, the atmosphere was relaxing, luxurious, and perfect for a vacation. I would definitely return and highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Hurghada.

Honestly, there was very little to complain about. If I had to mention something, the Wi-Fi could occasionally be a bit slow in certain areas of the resort, but it didn’t affect our stay in any meaningful way. Everything else was excellent.

Everything was stunning, room spacious with a king bed jacuzzi and shower, beautiful view overlooking the pool and the sea. Starting from the front desk, they were so polite and welcoming special thanks to Mr. Hossam and Mr. Mohamed. Restaurants were amazing with lots of delicious varieties of food and multiple a la cart restaurants. The entertainment and night shows were great.

Although there is a nice coral beach but there is no sandy swimming beach area. There was a rude worker one day at the pool. I did report him, and I got lots of apologies from the administration that abolished what he did.

Tutto veramente una vacanza eccezionale camere pulite cibo eccellente personale super gentile e disponibile reception a disposizione H24 e pronta a risolvere qualsiasi richiesta. Spiaggia pulita animazione internazionale eccellente sia per adulti che bambini ristorante super fornito e piatti buonissimi. Consigliatissimo per tutte le età ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

I had an amazing stay at Serenity Beach Hotel in Hurghada — honestly, a 10-star experience. The pools were beautiful and well maintained, the animation team was attentive, funny, and full of energy, and there were great shows every night as well as fun foam parties during the day. A special thank you to the lifeguards, especially Ahmed at the beach, who did an excellent job and even reminded guests not to step on the corals so they can stay alive and protected. That level of care really stood out and made the beach experience even better. The reception team was also magnificent, especially Mr. Mohamed Ibrahim, who made all my wishes come true and handled everything with such professionalism and kindness. I also want to mention the pool boy and pool barman Emad, who were always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would happily recommend Serenity Beach Hotel to anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and well-run holiday in Hurghada.
