Property manager was easy to contact and very kind. Beds were very comfy.

Location is good. Beds were comfortable. That's it.

1. Owner Eldridge is very rude 2. NO microwave, kettle, coffee machine AND coffee cups. Plastic cups ONLY. Gave us paper plates bowls and plastic cutlery. 3. Lack of silverware and cooking utensils . Only 1 frying pan out of 3 was usable. 4. Fridge is just a bar fridge with freezer. It was very hard to open the door on fridge because it is right on the floor and the carpet makes it hard to open. 5. 1 towel and face cloth per person for 3 days. Bring your own. 6. Says free parking that's for street parking only. If you wanna park in driveway they charge you. 7. The need a 150.00 security deposit. We got a email stating that it would be a cash deposit. When we called to check in to get code for the door they said we had to have an cash app. Which we didn't have. So they charged us 10.00 to put security deposit on my credit card . 8. It's not a fireplace is a heater. SAVING THE BEST FOR LAST 9. YOU LITERALLY HAVE TO SIT DOWN IN THE SHOWER TO WASH YOU HAIR. IM 5 FT .THE SHOWER 🚿 HEAD IS ONLY GOOD IF YOUR 3 FEET TALL. AVOID THIS PLACE . ITS A DUMP

I love everything I was it was a great experience

It was perfect

The location was good for an event in the city and the value was good for a quick 2 night stay. Despite the spotty appearance of the neighborhood, we felt safe with the locks and cameras. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable.

We didn’t receive any communication about a security deposit or check-in process prior to our arrival so we had difficulty checking in. We don’t mind security deposits as insurance against property damage but definitely would have appreciated if they had communicated a week or few days before to check-in and explain their process. Hopefully, they will improve their communication process going forward.

It was the best place for two people to get away in the city. Very warm, and homy, it was like all the stress from work and life had left once we walked in. Nice and quiet, stove worked great we never left our whole stay. We really wanted to stay another night but we had to work, We will be staying again.

The heater was our only issue, couldn't figure it out.
