Two Bedroom Villa Studio with fireplace & Living room

Nice 2br Studio very clean nice and intimate. very comfortable and A.c works great. Property manager answered and helped me 1 a.m when I had a problem with door code. Nice closed off place for a couple of small family or friends for a quick trip and the price for that is well worth it.

Enjoyed my stay there for the weekend No problems.

I like the fact that I want a complete scam I got to stay and do what I needed.

The fact that this was listed as a villa and it's literally just a room in someone's attic. For the price I was charged there no way I would do it again. Next time in Detroit I'll just go to a hotel the towels were old as hell the shower was built for someone who's very short and there were a bunch of outlandish rules for a room in the attic at the back of someone's home.

The property was very clean and the beds were comfortable. There was a full functioning oven/stove which was nice with not wanting to spend a lot on eating out. Communication with the host was pleasant and he was very responsive quickly. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Host checked up on me after one day, TV by the bed was nice.

A security deposit has to be paid so it takes some time to get the door code, so if you are in a hurry that is really tough. Wish there was more relayed before so we could set up the security deposit ahead of time. Shower is super low, so tall people makes it tough. Dishes were in dish drainer. No real living room, not with TV.

I liked this Villa. It was everything that they had advertised. The location was conveniently located to designation. We enjoyed our stay.

I didn't like the stairs, but we both needed the exercise. My sister and I are handicap, and next time, I will request the bottom level.
