The flat overall was very nice, the bedrooms were cosy and the beds comfortable. The view out the front was beautiful. The flat was spacious with great natural light perfect for relaxing. When we arrived the place was very clean and a nice welcome basket was provided.

Property does need some maintenance to improve as there were marks and random deco items just broken but the main things were... * the kitchen cupboards were slightly loose * the kitchen draws catching eachother when opening * Windows not fully opening up without being held up with something * random cable in cupboard floating there (not sure if its live or not) * toilet seats were loose * Electric did go off but was quickly resolved * no locks on the bathroom doors

Apartment was on a lovely setting. The place had everything you need. The Apartment is lovely, modern and well looked after.

Spacious and beds were comfortable.

The kitchen had dirty draws. We were woken at 6.50 with people going to work and discussing building jobs. On our first night there was an argument and swearing using the C word. The court yard faces an old building, not the sea and the furniture is damaged.

Perfect location and fabulous view.

We had to weed the patio area ourselves to be able to use it as it was completely overgrown and unattended. Also the window in one of the bedrooms wouldn't stay open without being propped up with something and one of the slats of the blind was broken letting in light.

Clean. Comfortable beds. Good showers. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable sofas. Good smart TV. Good Wi-Fi.

No sea view from rear patio which was scruffy and full of weeds and dead plants! Uncared for and not a nice place to sit out. Limited sea view from lounge. Lack of mirrors in bedrooms. No freezing compartment in kitchen fridge which ruled out ice or ice cream!

Mind Blowing location. Very spacious. 3 bathrooms. spacious kitchen will all you need. Nice quiet roads among trees leading upto the sea, for people who like scenic walking routes.

1) Price was on. the higher side I think. 2) On arrival, it could be a little tricky to locate the place, but the driving direction they provide is excellent.

It had plenty of space/ beds for a group of 6 to have a comfortable stay. The view from the sofa was excellent. We found milk, coffee and tea which was highly appreciated. The information provided to get the key and use the services were very detailed.

The bathrooms or bedrooms had no locks, this made it very uncomfortable to have a shower as you were always aware that someone might open the door at anytime. Also it would have been great if shampoo was provided for the price paid. The property was very clean except the ceilings and above doors that were covered in cobwebs.
