Modern, clean and great location

Giulio was a great host. He was extremely communicative, which made parking and check-in simple. He greeted us at the beautiful property, which is perfect in every way. It’s clean, well equipped, modern and in a very central location. You literally walk out the front door and all the shops, restaurants and sights are right there. A grocery store is a couple of minutes walk away and the stunning lake just a little further. Despite its central location it was extremely quiet. If you are driving there is a reasonably priced parking garage close by. You can drop off your luggage before parking. My husband was a little confused as to how to work the parking fee, but Julio went out of his way and called the garage directly to have the attendant help him.

A toaster would have been nice.

Friendly reception, the manager was not at the apartment, but close by. Manager (Riccardo) was extremely helpful, friendly. Brekafast was in a quaint café around the corner. I was nervous about the safety of my car (Swiss plates), but it was untouched the next day. I recommend this place.

Very friendly host and great welcoming

Giulio communicated with me a day before my arrival, the day of my arrival, and, met with me upon my arrival. The apartment was lit up, cosy, immaculate, beautiful and was superb. Giulio, stayed with us for about 30 minutes explaining the apartment and the area. Giulio is a super friendly man, and made us very welcome. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wishes to have a delightful holiday in dream accommodation, with the best host we have ever experienced.
