Spacious, great location, beautifully renovated bathroom.

We had good contact with the owner and he was so nice to pick us up by car!

Nothing! But just one very small thing is if we had hair conditioner would have been helpful.

Beautiful apartment - clean & comfortable and the location was perfect!!!

Had trouble figuring out how to use washing machine! Suggest directions be posted in English for ease in taking advantage of this great option!

I cannot say enough good things about this apartment. Riccardo was an amazing host, the apartment is just superb, newly refurbished, central location.

Nothing about the property but Como needs more taxis…

The delightful owner Ricardo was extremely helpful and very pleasant. The apartment is very new and has everything you require. If you need anything, just ask Ricardo. The location is central to everything, with many restaurants, bars, shops etc. Make sure you do an early booking to Bellagio as the lines are horrendous in summer.

Ricardo has been one of the most excellent host we’ve ever had. From the moment he received us he has been nothing but helpful. He offered to carry our big check in bag, even when one wheel was broken and the top handle was broken. He is kind, welcoming and had such great energy. Ricardo took the time to explain how things worked (laundry + dishwasher etc). The Airbnb itself is in a great location! It’s on the ground floor which is amazing. It is brand new (newly renovated) and so clean. We had an issue with the window (European windows are different compared to US!) and Ricardo immediately came to help us sort it out. Not only that - he organized to get it fixed while he was in a different country! How nice! We really enjoyed our stay. The sofas were comfy, shower had hot water, it was spacious for the three of us. We will miss Ricardo and his hospitality!

Such a nice apartment. Everything is new and furnished with love, very modern. The reception was friendly and uncomplicated. The location is perfect - central but still in a quiet and well-kept location. We are happy to recommend this at any time!
