Comfortable 1BR Apt in Central Houston with Free Park

Clean, bright, good bed and great shower

The property location is ok .

The stay was not pleasant

The room was really nice. Very quiet and clean. They also had great communication with me, so getting into the room was very easy. The bed was really comfortable as well. I would definitely stay here again.

On my last night, some other guests seemed to be having a party, which I didn’t really like. However, the property managers took care of it as soon as I told them, which I really appreciated.

BED BUGS!!! FLEE AND FIND SOMETHING ELSE. I saw a comment before coming from someone staying there a couple of days before us saying that they had bed bugs and awful bug bites. I specifically asked them if they took care of the issue. They said yes (they blatantly lied) and I told them that I would contact Booking and cancel the booking if there were still bug beds. Of course, they didn't do anything and as we checked we saw the bed bugs and their excrement. The floor was dirty. There was hair on the floor and in the bathtub. We saw a cockroach. Strong weed smell. Be careful they won't charge you for that. Very difficult to find as they didn't have the bright idea to put some lighting. We arrived late, at 12:30am and we had to find another accommodation in an emergency after a long drive. They don't deserve to be on Booking and rent places as they don't take care of the places. Moreover, you can't call them, they send your call straight to voicemail. They sent the instructions without all the information, the pictures were missing. Overall, don't stay there. For $7 more we found a true clean hotel.

It was a completely negative experience. The house I had confirmed on the system was changed at the last minute due to technical issues, and I was directed to a different house 10 minutes away by car. The new house I was directed to had a password entry system, not a key, and unfortunately, there was no lock behind the door. My next-door neighbor was a scary-looking old man who was creepy. Since there was no lock, I asked for a different place. Thankfully, they directed me to the new place, but my neighbors here weren't trustworthy either. There was also a strong weed smell inside the house. The only advantage it had over the other house was that it had a lock behind the door. Although the house was in a good location, the residents were not trustworthy. I personally wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.
