The actual location, beach superb

The van was unclean as we're furnishings and marked. Smelly mop left in living area, flooring ground in dirty.Bedding creased and old/bobbly uncomfortable, didn't smell fresh. Bin full, vacuum cleaner blocked and full, even toaster full. Rugs marked/grubby. Toilet brush container dirty, shower mouldy and unhygienic. Mattresses/duvets marked/stained. Had to clean before we felt comfortable to use, and buy own products. Other local van users never seen cleaners in this van. Owner said only visits twice a year. Informed owner as matter of courtesy. She didn't seem surprised or interested. Sent many photos to prove state of the van. She said it wasn't advertised as luxurious!! Should expect it as it is when dog friendly!! Dogs were not responsible for the state of the place and equipment/furnishings. Shocking, owner didn't even acknowledge request for refund of cleaning charges and linen £50. Obviously wrong time of year to expect cleanliness and replacement of damaged and grubby items. First time in a caravan (with our clean dogs) and certainly the last time. Spoilt our long awaited holiday. I deleted all photos of state of the van as It was upsetting. Still have photos sent to owner in my emails which went unanswered.

Very clean and Amy was very very helpful

1. Position in caravan park. 2. Caravan well resourced. 3. Owner prompt in replying to any queries and things addressed very quickly. 4. Everything heating wise worked. 5. Very close access to the beach.. 6. Very near shops and eating places.

1. Could have benefitted from better quality bed linen. ( larger duvet and plumper pillows.) 2. Could have benefitted from net curtains at main window. 3. Cleaner needs to clean windows. Dog slavers on inside of living room windows.

Location great , beach 2 minute walk. Caravan spotless , very dog friendly, fully equipped Caravan.

Asked for directions to the caravan staff didn't have a clue ended up walking round for about 15 minutes untill a lovely couple shown us . Cafe on site always looked shut.

Everything. The caravan was beautiful. I have a big family, we are a family of 6 and it was very spaceous. The site was lovely, great park for the kids. Loved how it was walking distance from the beach. We will definitely be booking again. We was sad to leave.
