Comfortable, cosy, great location.,

Charming cottage in amazing location with parking close by which is exceptional for Lyme Regis seafront. Has everything we needed, warm and comfortable still with all its character intact. Hosts are lovely and great communication.

Internet sometimes slow - probably due to property location and can’t be helped. Not a complaint but useful to know if you’re planning to stream TV it’s iffy.

The location & view are exceptional. Being able to easily temporarily park outside to unload was very helpful & having a dedicated car park spot a short walk away worked well

It’s not cheap, but you get what you pay for & the location & view justify the price

The property was quirky and on the sea front.

It would have been nice to have had a welcome pack. Of goodies.

Perfect location, right on the beach which was lovely to wake up to amd enjoy a morning coffee. Also ideal to be so close to everything. Cottage is pretty and has everything you need inside, perfect for our family of 4 with 2 young kids.

Can't think of anything to complain about to be honest.

Loved the location, waking up to hear the sea was a real treat for my Mum. Having lunch in the kitchen with the sea at our window was amazing.

Central location

Noise! Very noisy and because it's an old building unable to have double glazing. On our first night a large family had a beach party until gone 11pm so extremely noisy. The cottage is a bit shabby. First impressions when you walk in are not great. Sliding door to kitchen was hanging off runners(we rehung) and the lounge carpet could do with replacing as not the cleanest. The bathroom is 'vintage' Personally this isn't a romantic luxury retreat. At over £300 a day i expect a bit more.....

As described on the website, the seafront location is superb. To look out of the windows/front door at the pebble beach and the ever changing light on the sea and sky is just beautiful. A few minutes' walk to numerous eating places, a bench outside the door to sit and gaze at the sea and the other visitors enjoying (SO lucky to have the sunniest week in April) the sun and sea. The cottage is sensitively and comfortably decorated, with everything you could need in the kitchen. Very special indeed.
