Lake District Woodland Pods - Winster, Bowness-on-Windermere

Great location at the back of lovely pub. Room kitchen and bathroom were all perfect, clean and modern,

Everything !! Nothing to complain about so peaceful and nice and warm

We stayed here for one night. The pod was lovely and clean. The lamps were left on for our arrival which was a great idea as we arrived in the dark. The dog was provided with treats and new toy. Bed very comfortable, bathroom toiletries smelt lovely too. Very quiet outside, we didn’t hear anything just the birds in the trees. Only 5 minutes drive from Windermere.

The pod was absolutely stunning. So cosy and comfortable! We had our dogs with us, there was a welcome pack for the dogs as well as bowls which I thought was a lovely touch. The pods had complimentary items such as coffee sachets , tea , milk and soap In the bathroom and shower. The pods have a key box so check in was super easy! The location was lovely , so quiet and peaceful and close to most places / walks we wanted to do.

I have no negative things to say about the pod , it was lovely! But I feel it would benefit from either blackout blinds or curtains, as the blinds do let a lot of light in at night. But this definitely wouldn't stop us coming back!
