Stayed last year and it was clean with good staff and location

Last year they were doing construction at all times of the early morning and afternoon. Wasn’t aware that was going to be happening. Same thing happened this year ….usually around 4:30 am for about 10 15 minutes and then a few hours after with the same issue . Asked for toilet paper from front desk, waited half an hour before we located a nice housekeeper.
