Upon arrival, I was not informed that The checkout was 10am. This led to a rushed morning, causing unnecessary stress as I scrambled to pack my things Furthermore, when I brought this issue up to the front desk, the staff seemed indifferent and offered no apologies or solutions. It felt as though they were more focused on their policies than on providing quality service to their guests. Overall, I left feeling frustrated and undervalued. Clear communication is essential in the hospitality industry, and unfortunately, this hotel fell short in this aspect. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you value a hassle-free experience.

I was rushed into making a decision about parking by the valet without sufficient information about parking options. He was telling me to decide because we had to get my car moved, but once I chose valet just to be done with the situation I noticed it sat there probably 15 to 20 more minutes before they moved it. So we had two cars on the property for a two day stay and only called for them one time for the only reservation at a restaurant we made while we were there. Waited 30 minutes in the car never showed up in the valley finally asked “Are you waiting on your car?” and we say yes, and he said nobody told me and asked who we told and we told him we called the front desk. He told us to give him a few minutes and after waiting, we realized that we were not going to make it to our reservation so we canceled it and walked somewhere closer for dinner. I paid $180 for two nights stay for two vehicles and the one time we tried to get our car back it never came and we had to miss our reservation. I’ve asked the property and the owner support department to refund the valet fees and at this point, both are still ignoring me. we also had an issue with the bathtub drain not draining so you had to stand in water during your entire shower. I told someone at the front desk and she said they would send someone up and no one ever came.

Loved how close the hotel was to Bourbon Street and the trolleys. Very safe area, we walked to most places. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful. The room was huge and had everything we needed.

The only thing we didn’t like is the noise from the street. The windows of our room were not double glazed so it did get very noisy especially at night. However due to the location of the hotel this is to be expected and is not the fault of the hotel.

The location was amazing! The staff were great, they were super helpful and gave us a ton of recommendations on things to do and places to eat. The facilities were very clean and the pool and workout area were super cute and up to date.

The Staff was amazing! It was nice to have valet parking and not worry about parking downtown. I was impressed with the amenities and was not expecting such luxury.

I didn't like having the shares appointment but I understand why. It was also noisy from the street. I was grateful to have a noise sleep machine or I would not have slept a wink.

L'appartement est très grand, vraiment très bien équipé, parfait pour un long séjour.

Aucune isolation avec l'extérieur, les fenêtres sont très anciennes et pas du tout adaptées au bruit de la rue. Très difficile de dormir sachant que ce quartier vit toute la nuit.
