Holiday Inn Club Vacations New Orleans Resort

I liked the location near the French Quarter and the valet service, although it was a little pricey. But that is to be expected in New Orleans.

The awful check in process. You check in with one person and the concierge actually gives you the key. So, you have to wait in line for the concierge who is trying to sell you time share. I just wanted to get to my room after a long day of travel. They also said that our room was not ready at 4.30pm. They told us to either wait or go for a walk and wait for a text when the room will be ready. We went for a walk and had dinner. The text never came. By 7.30pm, we went back to the hotel to check. The room had changed and the apologize for not sending a text. We wasted a lot of time. It was a poor experience.

Great location. Spacious and comfortable apartments. Helpful and friendly staff.

Would have been good to have a kettle. There was everything else including a coffee maker. No breakfast/food but lots of diners/restaurants in a few mins walk. Pool was tiny more like a plunge pool no one used it.

Great location just a short walk from the hustle and bustle of Bourbon St. The room was large and accommodated our family of 6 comfortably. Full kitchen facilities with 2 bathrooms made our stay much more comfortable.

The hotel tried to book us in for a time share seminar on check in, when we told them we weren't interested, they were friendly and not too pushy.

Bien placé et commode avec cuisine bien équipée.

Le bruit. Grandes fenêtres simple vitrage centre ville: un combo gagnant pour des nuits agitées. Et nous n'étions même pas sur la rue passante mais au dessus d'une chaufferie/machinerie de l'hôtel... Avec double vitrage j'aurais mis un 10/10!
