GBVery clean , spacious, very well themed to era of property old world back street Hastings property, good facilities for home cooking , good nights sleep , street is very quiet
For a 3 double room property, I found 1 bathroom , 1 toilet was a bit of a struggle at times, I am a simple man so watching tv was a struggle , not quite up to date on internet tv , also like to watch tv when I go to bed , couldn’t work out how to use tv in bedroom ,
GBVery big and clean. Loved the artwork and pictures. Kitchen was well stocked. Bedrooms were lovely!
Not great for the dog, lots of stairs and no park nearby. Also, charged after for cleaning due to error. Seagulls were noisy in back bedroom.
GBThe maisonette is lovely – comfortable, peaceful and very well-maintained. It's stylishly decorated with some great artwork and a wonderful stained glass window. Great location, just a couple of minutes' walk from galleries, shops, restaurants and bars of St Leonards. And just five minutes from the beach too. We loved it and would stay again.

GBExcellent location for St Leonard's train station and local amenities. Property is furnished and decorated to a very high and modern standard. Spacious kitchen and living room.
No particular negatives although a second bathroom upstairs would have been convenient.

No info on tvs found v tricky to find channels - never did! Just streamed fortunately we weren’t there to watch tv
