GBGBA beautiful apartment with everything you need for a stay away from home. I wish more were like this! Good communication from the host.
Parking frustrating but after a few rounds around the block always found a space a short walk away.

The TV was difficult to control and no instructions - though only a minor issue for us

We had awful trouble trying to contact either the hosts or bookings.com about our check-in instructions. Several texts & phone calls were made directly to the host with no response. I spoke to Bookings.com who were unhelpful. We finally got the information at 22.29 on the Friday night for Bookings.com, when we were arriving the next day. There was a smell in the property, we were not sure if it was damp or cigarettes. There were no hand towels or tea towel.
GBWonderful homely apartment that was finished to a stylish high level. Clean, warm , charming and comfortable. Gensing Lodge was in sauntering distance from the beach and independent eateries and craft ale establishments.

Parking is a bit of pain. Cars parked nose to bum on all streets. You have to search for a space.
GBEasy check in, great communication from the host. Beautiful modern flat with all home comforts. Great artwork. Very comfortable, shops, station and beach all within walking distance. We had a great stay will definitely be back.
GBThe property is amazing. I felt quite at home. It was really clean, comfortable and had everything I needed. I liked that it was close to the seafront for taking dog for a walk.
As it was in town the parking was restricted even though the information on Booking.com states there is plenty of parking in the surrounding streets, that was not the case. Almost stepped in dog poo left outside the house on the pavement by an inconsiderate dog owner.
GBI travel constantly and am now at Genius level 3 on this platform and have never once complained until now!
It hadn’t been cleaned and smelt dreadful. There was rotting food in the fridge and the dustbin. Then when I complained I received an aggressive call from the owner at 10pm on Xmas day demanding I explain the problem and refusing to believe I was telling the truth. Honestly the worst experience. Would not recommend.
