The place was amazing, location was amazing as its literally a walk away from cafes, bars, restuarants, shops and the beach. Absolutely loved it

Lovely house, comfortable beds & very clean. Near to the sea front & a short walk into Hastings. Would stay again.

The parking was frustrating as was hard to find a space nearby but found a space a short walk away after driving around a few times.

A well- spec'd property so close to the station, town and sea front. Carefully decorated to reflect the St Leonards vibe. Helpful links for walking and cycling - which are a must when you're there. Well stocked with ample crockery, glasses etc (some places aren't). A spacious property that gives a very cosy feel. The cupboard of board games was welcome at the end of a day out and about. Many cafes, bars and restaurants within walking distance. 5-10 mins. Also, a great walk along the sea front to Hastings Old Town, or in the opposite direction, and for a longer walk, to Bexhill. The artwork is cleverly curated and adds interest to the property. The stained glass window on the staircase is a delight in the late afternoon sunshine. Great! Would stay again.

The beds were very comfortable and the bedrooms all of a good size. It has a nicely decorated, clean bathroom with a good reliable shower. The location of the property is excellent for the shops and the beach. The temperature of the property and the water was perfect through our time there too. I always appreciate tea, coffee, milk and sugar being available as well as the little extras that enable you to cook. The cooker and white goods were all excellent quality too. The toddler loved the sitting in the high chair in the kitchen - great to have a good size kitchen table as well as a dinning table in the living room. There was plenty of comfortable seating in the living room for 6 people to spread out and a decent TV and sound system. We enjoyed a really good game of Trivial pursuits as a family and it was lovely that there was even a toy for the toddler to play with.

I asked if the cot could be put up for the baby and was told that it was in the property. It was a travel cot that needed assembling and there didn’t appear to be instructions or a mattress for it. Rather than wrestle with putting it up we were able to use the cot mattress from my parents house and put it on the floor. Not ideal if a cot has been advertised. The were some animal hairs in the bed and bloodied boggie on the night stand in the same bedroom, which was a bit gross, but apart from that the place was pretty clean. The pots and pans were non-stick coated and scratched and not really big enough for cooking for 6. One chair had already been broken and was propped against a wall for collection and another broke when we went to sit on it. I informed the host who was very apologetic. I have also never been asked to carry my own rubbish up the road and round the corner to the bins before.

The property was in a great location, easy to get to from the station and to walk into town or that little bit further to Hastings. Entry into the building was very easy with the lockbox. The beds were all extremely comfortable. There was ample sofa seating for 5 of us to sit and watch some tv in the evening. One of us left something behind, and they have very generously said they will post it to us.

I messaged the host a couple of times and got no response. Three of the dining chairs were broken, meaning we couldn't all sit around the table. I reported this, but heard nothing back. The toilet is on the entry level and all the bedrooms were on the second floor, making mid-night trips to the loo a bit cumbersome, especially for anyone who has mobility issues. All the non-stick cookware was scratched and unusable, though the kitchen itself was well equipped other than that.

Super comfortable flat, bright airy rooms, and a funky decor. I was working remotely and the WiFi was perfect. Great location too, minutes from the beach and the shops.

Het appartement heeft een heel fijne uitstraling, het voelt gewoon goed. Heel vrolijk en kleurrijk met mooie comfortabele meubels. Stijlvol! Smaakvol. Karaktervol. Hier wil mijn dochter van bijna 15 jaar wonen. Nou, dat zegt wat!

De meeuwen die je in de nacht en ochtend wakker krijsen en de auto onder stinken.
