Nice clean house good location

Getting a message from booking.com to say I had to move one of the cars parked on the grass didn't think was a big deal for the amount payed have stayed at plenty of places threw out New Zealand and 1st time have ever been moaned at about such a simple thing

It was great, close to venue as we had a NZ Darts Tournament for the week at the GloBox Arena.

The sofa beds were terribly uncomfortable, we only used the larger one and the middle was like sleeping on a hard board. The smaller one was just uncomfortable to sit on. I suggest that leaving a cleaning schedule list on the kitchen counter would be helpful, especially for rubbish days (pick up) and what goes into the yellow and red recycling bins. There was already rubbish in the bins on our arrival as well and information on the recycling bins were not clear.

Great location for anyone needing accommodation near Waikato Hospital, really well set up unit
