Hamilton Hospital Retreat - 2 Bedroom Townhouse Modern Warm Quiet

I loved this home. Had everything we needed and more, was very clean and tidy. Beds were super comfortable.

Lovely host, clear instructions, clean and comfortable space.

The place was overall nice. The showers had very good water pressure, the kitchen had everything we needed. The check in was easy and contactless.

The place was not clean. There were hairs in the toilet and in one of the showers, there was a dirty wipe in the wardrobe and somebody else's clothes in the laundry room, the night tables were dusty. There was an uncomfortable situation with the host that left us with a bitter sweet flavour about this trip. We were four, two adults and two children, and chose this place because it had four beds, however the host did not want to give us sheets for more than two beds and said we were supposed to share the beds and not use the bed couches. He finally gave us only one more sheet set. The place has a laundry machine and dryer but the host refused to give us laundry powder for more than one laundry. Having to ask the host for things that were described in the booking as part of the facilities was not pleasant at all.

The place was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. Host was very proactive, and provided clear instructions which made the settling in process really smooth.

The bedroom on the 2nd storey could be a tad cold as there's no heater in the room.

Location to hospital, very new, keypad entry, office in the garage very useful

This is a comfortable and immaculately presented property close to a large hospital. It was perfect for our purpose of somewhere to stay while visiting family in Hamilton. The check in/check out process is easy. We were staying as a couple, and a single family member was travelling with us. Therefore, we enjoyed the two double bedrooms being on separate floors, which allowed for privacy, and the cooking facilities were good. Likewise, the laundry facilities. The host is friendly and helpful. There is enough space for up to two couples, so great if travelling as a group, though it would suit singles too as the price compares favourably with a hotel room. I have my own web-based business and worked from "home" whilst staying at the townhouse. The host has thoughtfully set up a large screen computer monitor on a desk downstairs separate from the upstairs living area, so one can work in a quiet environment. The WIFI connection is good.

The appment was big and soooo amazing

Great location for access to hospitals. Easy access to arterial roads around Hamilton. Two bedrooms with plenty of room, large wardrobes, comfy queen beds and ensuite bathroom for each bedroom. Well equipped kitchen in open plan living, dining, kitchen area. Awesome office set up in the garage - large desk and 2 monitors that could easily be connected to own laptop. Full laundry facilities. Great Wi Fi speed.

The couches, which could be used as additional beds, were quite low. Would help if there were more cushions that could be used to sit on to raise up the seating.
