"Wonderful Hamilton accommodation for a young family!"

This property was beautifully presented by the host, Dennis! Dennis was wonderful to communicate with and actively took the time to make sure we were as comfortable as possible. The accommodation is within walking distance from Hamilton CBD, and has great access to shops, restaurants, playgrounds (very important for our two kids), and the lake. The accommodation was clean and spacious, and we were also able to charge our EV from the garage. Amenities were well stocked and easy to access, and my kids loved watching the DVDs that were available on the fold-out bed in the lounge. Great attention to detail in this property, and it was a wonderful stay overall! Thank you Dennis!

"Great place just a few things that could be improved."

Location was really good.. The neighborhood was quiet.. The house was exceptionally clean with modern decor and chattels. For example the TV was bigger than normal, large fridge/freezer (with ice cubes ready and waiting), dishwasher, washer and dryer and 2 bathrooms!

The couches were not comfortable at all and there wasn't enough loo paper for our stay. Also the handwash ran out. We ended up buying more loo paper for the duration of our stay and left it in the apartment.

"Great accommodation"

I was in Hamilton to be with a family member who was in hospital. The accommodation was ideal and in a great location.. My husband and I were able to walk to the hospital and leave our vehicle at the accommodation. The communication with the host Dennis was also great. Very quick and informative. Access to the property was a dream. The pin lock was so handy with not having to worry about keys. Oh and I really liked the chocolates in the fridge.. Nice 🙂 I would definitely recommend.

Absolutely no complaints at all.
