Easy to find Own parking space Clean and functional 10/20 mins walk to York centre 15 mins from university of York.

Oven door didn’t close properly but I’m sure it will get sorted.

Perfect location, within walking distance of the city and universities. Free parking was a real bonus. The area was lovely and quiet, with a convenience store just around the corner for all the essentials. and it was a straight, level walk into the city along the main restaurant street with plenty of options for food and drink. Access to the city wall was equally easy.

A king size bed in the master bedroom would have been an extra touch, otherwise the property was well-appointed and perfectly suited to our stay.

Great location for an easy walk into York. Extremely useful to have a private parking spot as parking in general is very limited or expensive. A lovely, quiet spot and the house was clean and well equipped with good quality bedding on comfortable beds. Cosy and welcoming and Alex attentive to ensure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

We were very comfortable and found nothing to dislike. The oven door was a little temperamental ....

The house was nice and clean and the location was good

The shower curtain needs to be cleaned or replaced also i think the place needs a bit of airing especially the kitchen .

"Great house - great location."

The property was exceptionally clean. Very modern and comfortable bedroom and living areas. Fresh milk and refreshments were left for our arrival. Conveniently located just a 15min walk into the city centre. Plus parking space if required. Also located in a nice residential area with local amenities close by.
