2 bedroom house walking distance to city centre WITH FREE PARKING

The house is in a fantastic location mid way between the city centre and the university so we could easily walk to both. The parking was great (plenty of space if you have a bigger car). The house itself is lovely, so well furnished and exceptionally clean. Communication with the owner was great. I really hope to stay there again.

The house was spotless and comfortable. The beds were super comfortable with fluffy pillows and duvet. Nice little touches made for a lovely weekend. Great check-in instructions from Alex and on-site parking was great.

Great location - walking distance to the city centre and good pub / restaurants in easy reach. Really comfortable beds and very clean throughout. It was a very cold weekend - so good to find the house was warm and cosy. Designated car park space.

We really liked staying in Alex's house. The house was spotlessly  clean, and Alex had sent good instructions about how to get in and how to adjust the central heating. Like another reviewer has said, I appreciated provision of a hand towel as well as a tea towel in the kitchen. We brought our own tea, but Alex has left tea, coffee, sugar if someone needs it. Great having a designated parking space ( one per house).

No iron or ironing board - but I understand Alex is planning to get these.

Everything. The house is lovely, very clean, with everything you need like a home from home. It's an easy walk into the centre in a nice quite area.

Great location , second visit , we requested an earlier arrival and the host had the house ready before 3pm ( thank you ) very clean and comfortable

Was left a used dish cloth and very little washing up liquid and only one toilet roll , didn’t impact too much as a shop only 5 mins walk away
