"Superb"

Great location - easy parking and very clean. Been a few times before and this property never has a problem. It's easy walking to the centre of York. Location is excellent for York Uni.

"Very comfortable base for exploring York"

"Exceptional"

Quiet neighbourhood and neighbours. I had restful sleep on a not too soft/not too hard bed. Simple decor but comfortable - carpeted, which I prefer. 10 minute walk into the centre. If I was staying in York again I would definitely try to book this house

The door to the kitchen is sprung which made going in and out of the living room while carrying hot drinks a bit difficult. I would have preferred no door or one which did not automatically pull closed
