The location was amazing. A quick 10 minute walk into the city centre. Property is in a very quiet location, despite its closeness to the centre. Very comfortable, presented really well and very very clean We had a great time and amazing sleep.

"our lovely few days staying at your 2 bed house"

house was very clean and comfortable. had all household essentials and liked that there was towels and hand towels in the bathroom, shower has excellent powder. was great that we had a parking space and able to walk into town. was ideal for us to visit our son that had just moved to York, so thanks you for that.

Clean, well-maintained, fully equipped kitchen

The bed was comfy but was pretty high - took extra care not to roll off! Please provide hand wash soap in the kitchen, extra bin liner for longer stays.

"Gentleman's ghost adventure"

The location of this house to the city is fantastic, it's close to the wall, has a shop, cafe and takeaway on its doorstep to make life simple. It's is in a quiet little area. The house and facilities within made our stay excellent and comfortable. The living room was used for us to relax after our night exploring the ghost pubs.

There wasn't a thing to detract from this property.
