Broken tiles. Missing door handles. Shower was warm but not hot. General disrepair in the flat.

I recently stayed at a charming 2 bed, 2 bath property in Edinburgh and had a wonderful experience. The property was incredibly comfortable, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that felt like a home away from home. The living spaces were well-furnished and spacious, allowing for plenty of room to relax and unwind. One of the highlights of my stay was the friendly and accommodating staff. From the moment I arrived, they were attentive and eager to assist with any needs or questions I had, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. In terms of convenience, this property couldn't be better situated. It was located in a prime area of Edinburgh, close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Edinburgh.

Was easy to get to centre

Holes in floors and mold in kitchen. Broken tiles in kitchen and bathroom, covered up with rugs. One bedroom has no handle, it was just a hole. Table in living area was broken, valuables almost fell off when we tried to use it for work. Very thin uncomfortable pillows in bedrooms, very difficult to sleep and no extra blankets etc. Cutlery drawer dirty and minimal cutlery thrown in. No towels for kitchen - drying hands, washing dishes. Only one towel in each bedroom. Wires falling out of wall in hallway. Hard to follow instructions to access keys, the host insisted on meeting us to help us get in but we were uncomfortable with that.

Dirty everything

A quaint flat, granted needed bit of repair but it had that lived in feel and close to takeaways and places to go walking.. But very close to children hospital which was main reason for the stay

Flat had some damage and needed some updating

The apartment was not clean at all, floor, dining table and rest of the furniture was damaged. Uncomfortable beds. Internet not working well.

Based on previous comments, we were seriously afraid of this accommodation we had booked. However, the real state was far better than we expected. The appartment is very large, with plenty of space, bathrooms for each of the bedrooms. Generaly, the appartment was sufficiently clean, as well as all the equipment. Sometimes a tile or parquet in the floor was loose, sometimes a little dirt in the corners, the table in the living room wobbled. However, the overall impression was excellent, the beds and bedding were very clean, the kitchen was also completely clean. Contact with the owner was very friendly, you need to call in advance to hand over the key. Very quiet environment, easy to reach the center by bus no. 30. If I travel with more people again, I will definitely be happy to come back.

It is probably difficult to keep such a spacious apartment in perfect cleanliness and excellent condition, but everything was functional, the floors and bedding were sufficiently clean. The equipment was complete, we have not used it all.
