"Avoid at all costs"

Close to the Bus station.

Was uncomfortable, not worth the money. Dirty dishes, did not want to take a shower there. Weird smell in the kitchen

"Avoid at all costs !!"

Nothing place was an absolute disgrace .

Everything whole flat needs stripped back and re done .We all slept on top if our coats fully clothed .Thank goodness we know stayed for one night .Totally spoiled our trip to Edinburgh.

Great location on outskirts of city centre. Free parking and secure in sight from flat. Beds were comfy, plenty of space in rooms. Mufassir was brilliant and put himself out to accommodate our family needs and was more than welcoming. Was a fantastic host.

Could do with a freshen up on decor but has all essentials needed and a good range of appliances to make a comfortable stay.

The two bedrooms worked well for 4 people. When we asked for more sheets, they got them for us. They were very friendly.

The property needs work and attention. The bedroom door handle was broken, the side of the shower was off, and the dishwasher was missing a rack.
